ABOUT ME
My name is Anne Stephens. I live in Cornwall and have navigated many big life changes. I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with others - helping people realise they don’t need to change or be fixed, they can learn to become conscious about thoughts and patterns that are no longer serving them. This starts a chain reaction and we become more at ease with our thoughts and recognise that most of our stress and anxiety come from thoughts that are not true.
Once we become conscious we can watch these thoughts pass through and get on with living our best life.
I am a qualified life coach accredited by the Complementary Medical Association and a practitioner member of the Complementary Medical Association.
What is conscious coaching?
Conscious coaching is all about tuning into your thoughts and emotions and seeing how they are creating your reality.
My method of coaching can be used to help you navigate minor challenges, major life transitions or just to get more joy out of life and feel calmer.

FOCUS
This is the discovery phase. Who are you really, where are you now and what do you really want Get clarity on what to focus on.

REFLECT
What are your stories? What thoughts, behaviours and habits are blocking you from getting what you want. Become conscious of them and they no longer have power over you.

Refine
Become conscious of your stories, unpack your backpack and let go of things that aren’t serving you. Get ready to start your new chapter feeling free from old beliefs and no longer carrying baggage around that you don’t need anymore.
